Pakistan connects with France through submarine cable

ISLAMABAD: the development of a submarine cable infrastructure connecting Asian nation|West Pakistan|Asian country|Asian nation} to France has been totally completed and prepared for service by the Pakistan and geographic region Connecting Europe (PEACE) Cable International Network Co. Ltd, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) aforementioned in an exceedingly statement.

The 15,000 kilometre submarine cable can give property from metropolis to Marseille, the statement aforementioned.

PTA superimposed that the cable has been extended from Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Singapore for an extra six,500km, with the most trunk landing in Singapore, Pakistan, Kenya, Egypt, and France and branches to the Maldives, Malta, and Cyprus.

"It adds AN ultra-fast, high capability, low latency and redundant property to Pakistan’s international property," PTA expressed.

Meanwhile, the Pakistan-Egypt section connects metropolis with Zafarana and its total length is five,800 km.

The development was rumored by the management of PEACE Cable whose officers control on-line and in-person conferences with Chairman PTA Major General (Retd) ruler Azeem Bajwa at PTA Headquarters.

PEACE delegation comprised its management's Chief in operation Officer (COO) Sun Xiaohua, Director Zhang Donghai, business Director Chirs Zhang, and Peace Cable's Islamic Republic of Pakistan Manager Shoaib Ashfaq Qureshi.

According to PTA, the delegation was curious about investment opportunities in Asian nation|West Pakistan|Asian country|Asian nation} and mentioned future plans for the event of innovative digital and technology solutions to accelerate progress toward a digitally connected Pakistan.
